Ab pluses: soft white light in full illumination, dimmer does not buzz. Bad: When you first turn on the switch, the light comes on after about a second. Feels uncomfortable. If the same light has a different brand bulb that does not have a delay, the delay effect will not look good. When fully dimmed, the light takes on a green tint, not nice. If left in full dim mode and turned off, the bulb won't always turn on at all when turned on again. UPDATE: After only two months of use, one of the bulbs started flickering. When I went to change it, the glass bulb broke off the base right in my hand, leaving the rest of the bulb in the socket. Do not buy.
