Impressively competitive

Review: This is a unicorn product that I can't find a real competitor for. Other products either don't have the same features at the same price, or have the same features but cost five times as much. I didn't notice any change in image detail, latency, or processing artifacts. I have an Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and Mac Mini all connected to this thing and I love the automatic switching of this product. I've almost never put out all 3 a signal so I'm able to change my TV's input with my universal remote and then just turn on the device I want to use effectively to get 3 HDMI connections to my TV in less than add $15 if that's amazing. Latency and Image Quality: On my Xbox I enjoy playing competitive games like Overwatch and Warzone where the extra latency can ruin the experience and I don't feel the difference no matter how hard I try. You might be able to tell the difference with latency test equipment, but after I adjusted my TV settings to turn off any image processing or color enhancement, there's no noticeable lag. On my Switch, I enjoy playing games like Mario Maker 2, Katana Zero, or Octopath Traveler, where there are amazing colors (my TV doesn't support HDR, so I can't speak to this product's ability to deliver HDR content) and there is surprising lack of color fringing, bleeding or color variation. There are also no changes in image resolution or signs of compression. All devices output a 1080p signal and I believe that's exactly what my TV shows. Through the switch or straight into my TV, everything looks exactly the same. To be honest, having these two qualities in one product is something that you usually pay a lot of money for, and to have both at the same time is a miracle. Switch inputs: very convenient. Automatic switching to the last signal sent is optimal. I can check my home theater and manage my Plex library and then take my Xbox controller to turn on my Xbox and it automatically switches to Xbox. To switch back to my Mac, I'd have to use the included remote or press a button to change input, but that's not a situation I find myself in often. The only time I've been in this situation, I remember it switching back after I turned off the second device, but I may be remembering wrong. And if you have a programmable universal remote, you can easily manually map the included remote to some spare buttons on the universal remote. I was just too busy and not enough of this problem to do it myself lol. Again just a magical experience, no matter the price, but especially noticeable on something so affordable. Cons: Nothing to report here. Depending on how you power all of your devices, finding a power source for that device can be cumbersome. My TV doesn't have a USB port that supplies enough power, and my Xbox/Switch won't draw power from a USB device when it's turned off, and my Mac mini is too far away for the power cord to reach could. But since my power strip is nearby and has USB power ports, that's not a problem for me. With spare cell phone chargers and an AC outlet nearby, you can relax. To be honest, if you're looking for a product like this, then most likely you have a way of getting this device close enough that it won't be a problem. If you need to take a quick measurement, the included (and very unusual) power cord is about the same length as the included iPhone charging cable (3ft/1m). Tl; Dr: If you're looking for a product to effectively increase the number of HDMI ports on your TV and you just "want it to work" boy I have a product for you. I love this thing and it has been working for over 2 months now with no problems. If you are reading this, buy this item.
