We recently had our indoor/outdoor cat take a ride on our hay wagon as hay was being delivered. Had no idea he was in between hay bales. Must have jumped off about 6 miles from home. We posted on all lost and found sites in our area and put up posters. We were called 9 days later from a wonderful family that said they found our cat. After we were reunited, I decided it’s best to put a collar with a tag on him. Many people around here don’t bother to check for chips. I tried a breakaway collar and he escaped within 4 seconds! I looked for another collar that wasn’t a breakaway, but if he got caught on something he would be able to escape. This collar is exactly what I expected. He can’t get it off and has a stretch elastic band in case he gets hung up, he can escape the collar! He doesn’t mind it now (about 5 minutes of fighting it) lol I now feel good about letting him outside. Double check hay delivery wagons from here on out! Great collar! Highly recommended!
