Very thin leather, if it is even leather. Not cut from a thick piece of leather. Edges are folded to the inside. Buckle will probably break. Paid way too much for them. Don't think they will last long.

Good quality, I have 2 kittens and they have had them now a month, no shredding or tearing. They would bite the end so I cut it off and it did not unravel or shred.The collars are bright and as described in the picture and holding up perfectly.

Got this for my mom’s outside kitty. It stayed on a lot longer than other safety collars. She just lost it this week after having it a few months. I’d rather her lose it than get caught up and get stuck. Will definitely buy again!

Unsure if this will even hold up but good for now I guess…. came broken and what looks like melted "leather”…. it’s like a pleather fabric and it stretches a bit which is weird.

My cat has managed to pull of every breakaway collar I have bought. This collar is safe because it has an elastic insert, but he cant get it off by pulling on it. After about three days, he stopped trying. I am so happy!

I used this product to loop around the neck of a cat, like a collar. It appears to work as advertised. It includes a little bell. The little bell makes a gentle jingly sound. Just right.

My cat could not fit it and he is a year old and not a fat kitty so but it was a good texture and seemed very sturdy! UPDATE: they replied and offered a full refund and were very sweet.

Purchased two collars in two colors for my cats. I made the mistake of not changing the default sizing though, and ordered the kitten size by mistake. Didn't realize it until I tossed out all the packaging. Now I just have two collars I can't use. I can't vouch for how durable they are, but they look nice though.

These collars are fine except that I'd hoped for the bright colors shown in the ad. The actual colors (see photo) are considerably softer.

I have ordered and reordered this collar for my cats. It has great durability and last far longer than the nylon material collars.

My mistake but I thought this was a breakaway since it was marketed as ‘safety.’A lot of reviewers are saying that it’s good quality but I have a background in high end pet stores and this is very poor quality when compared to brands like Lupine. They have cat options for a few dollars cheaper than this and much higher quality.

Of all the cat collars we've had, these have been the most durable. They stay on longer than the mesh collars with the plastic enclosures and don't seem to irritate the cats. Love the different colors. Found the bells unnecessary, though. Will buy again.

My little Moana has learned how to open every breakaway collar, this collar gives her space, but she can’t go remove it in 10 minutes lake all the others.

I like the regular buckle, the strap with holes to allow for growth, plus an elastic inset for escape in case the collar becomes entangled. I like this better than a breakaway snap buckle with the strap threaded through it, requiring re-threading to extend. Just re-buckling into a different hole is so much easier. The collar stays on unless the elastic is stretched, compared to a breakaway buckle that can easily become unsnapped. I don't know yet how long the elastic will retain its stretch in…

I had been using the breakaway collars but some of them come off too easily. I like the way these look ans they are soft and seem comfortable. I had to cut them as they were too long. I home the stitching stay intact.
