ICYANG Company has provided me with the worst customer service ever. I had to order a replacement part for my stove, and not only did it not arrive by the given date, but it was broken when it finally arrived. ICYANG Company's customer service was even worse than their products. I contacted customer support to complain and ask for a refund, but I received rude and unhelpful responses. The corporation clearly had no intention of fixing the problem or compensating me for the trouble. In addition, I observed that the ICYANG Company's website offered a very restricted variety of products at unreasonably high pricing in comparison to the offerings of other, comparable businesses. It would appear that ICYANG Company cares less about their customers' satisfaction than they do about generating a profit. As a whole, ICYANG Company is a bad investment and you should avoid them at all costs. Because of the low quality of their products and the carelessness with which they treat their customers, they are not recommended. Better products, services, and support for customers can be found at many other businesses.
