Review on MinuteBox by Scoony Taker

The ability to see all of our entities at once is great! I wish there was an option where we could easily attach documents that were not yet uploaded into minute box but will be later via dropbox or email attachment - this would make it so much easier when you are trying to track down information about your clients/entities!! We use Minute Box mostly as a way keep up with what's going on within each client file (like pending actions etc.) This helps us stay organized while also being able to share files across teams from different offices without having them physically go back & forth between locations every time they need something new done. Also if someone gets sick like me sometimes its nice knowing i can just get access remotely using my phone / computer instead of sending out emails asking everyone else how their day went haha :) It has definitely helped streamline things quite efficiently especially given everything happening now during COVID 19 pandemic.
