So I only wanted to connect one thing to my laptop with each setup. Sounds easy. buy hub. Hey, this thing has one of those USB-C things. CoolSo, I got this in the mail. Well packed. Looks solid. The cord has a good grip so it doesn't pull out. I use the best Acer laptop. Loads in 4 seconds. Never hesitate. Insanely fast. Connect the One-My Mouse device. Just a cheap little Microsoft mouse. It works! Hooray! I connect the second device, my flash drive is 32 gigabytes. Wow, that was quick. Opened my document, rummaged through the folders at record speed. What! Now my mouse is patchy. This is madness. No matter how I connect these two points. The mouse responds when something else is connected to this device. I want reviewers to mention this issue. Maybe they did. If I only have devices without a mouse, everything works fine. When I use USB C and a mouse it works. The customer support is amazing amazing. Quick answers. Intelligent troubleshooting. In the end we agreed this wasn't the device I was looking for and sent me an RMA number and shipping label. I will deal with them again. I received a full refund the day after I sent it to them.
