Review on 🧴 Fragrance-Free Every Man Jack Face Scrub: Gentle and Revitalizing 5.0-ounce Formula by Cynthia Taylor

This product has changed dramatically since the end of 2020. Now it has evolved from a decent scrub into little more than a lotion. He's changed for the worse. I have been buying this product for many years but no longer. I contacted the company through several emails and showed them the differences and they replied that there might be an issue with this batch. They didn't offer a replacement, they didn't say the new batches weren't the same or anything else that would make me want to try a different bottle in the future. My family will have to look around for a new scrub. Every man Jack Scrub isn't good anymore. Update 1: The company contacted me and sent me two replacement bottles. I received them yesterday and the first one is exactly the same as the batch below in my photo. Thin and creamy like a lotion with no exfoliating balls, the 2nd bottle is like the original formula with lots of balls and thicker than a regular scrub. Now the 2nd was the youngest of the batch who were having issues with workers possibly due to Covid and staff shortages or whatever. I contacted the company again and they asked me to send back a thin, bottle-like lotion (via a prepaid label) so they could test it and compare it to a suitable product. For now, recent batches have returned to the correct formula and thickness with more cleaning balls. Will update once they receive the wrong batch.
