I like that it is very easy to use, even by computer newbies.

It has helped me track my progress through each project and keep up with deadlines. There are some reports in which you need more training before using them as intended (it's not intuitive for someone who hasn't used other tools). If your goal is simply to help get things done without having to have an IT department or spend thousands of dollars, this tool could be great! Tracking projects with multiple members helps us better measure our success throughout every stage.
