I decided to try this brand on my 7.3 '97 F350 as I have been using this brand on my Fiat for the oil and air intake since 2016 with no problems. Installation was easy, it was installed by hand - tighten, then a quarter turn with a box wrench. No leaks, no problems, just remember to lubricate the o-ring when installing. The new filter was a little smaller in diameter than the original but should fit, the cap supplied seems to be of good quality and weight. Tip: Throw in a little Dieselkleen at the gas station and your 444 will thank you with smoother idle, slightly better performance and injectors that stay in good condition. Ours are still factory and in great shape!
