Size 2XL fits well but I'm 6ft 1in, 215lbs and 48in chest. This is the largest shirt they make in this style and I wanted it to fit snugly. Great material, easy to wash, great for the gym. I wear this under a Tesla short sleeve shirt in cooler weather and once I warm up I can stay in 2 shirts at the gym depending on the temperature or remove my top shirt to cool off. Greater flexibility, 1/2 to 1/3 the price of Under Armor and best quality
