I am a 30 year old female with DM and I cannot roll over on my own. My wheelchair cushion is Roho so I thought for the price this mattress pad is worth a try. This is absolutely one of the BEST things I have found for a good nights sleep. It's so good I bought a second one and use it for travel. I recommend it unreservedly! PROS 1) Low price 2) Almost eliminates pressure points 3) Allows me to sleep through the night 4) 3 separate sections allow for different air pressures Cons (may seem like many cons but most of them can be easily fixed) 1) I found that he squeaked a lot when my PA helped me. For this we simply added a soft mattress topper and voilà! Not only quieter, but also softer! 2) Takes time to set up when traveling (I keep threatening to buy a portable electric pump but it's more for carrying around) 3) Light weight so it's easy to move when pushing/pulling 4) The only thing that could Better do that, it's a sensor that kind of tells you how much air your "comfort point" is. Sort of like the Sleep # bed. This would make traveling or setting up easier.
