Short version: Setup was easy, picture quality is excellent and the thin frame looks fantastic on the wall! The Silver Ticket's outstanding customer service makes up for all the small flaws in this screen at a great price! You can buy this screen with complete confidence; If something isn't perfect, they take care of you! Longer version: The item was packed very well. Everything about setup and installation was simple and straightforward. I was a little disappointed that the hooks to stretch the net were not included in my original delivery, but stretching the fabric by hand was not a problem. After assembling and installing the screen, I noticed a small 2 inch defect right in the middle of the screen. This was very noticeable when bright images were displayed. I doubt it is setup related as I just cleaned and vacuumed the area and was extremely careful during setup. As you can imagine I was very disappointed that after all my work it wasn't "perfect". Problem. Without question or hesitation, they sent me a replacement screen (and hooks). I received them in 2 days. Customer service was even quick to answer some of my setup questions which made the frame setup even better. After I received the replacement items, it took quite a long time for the changes to be made. Now I can just sit back and enjoy the 135 inch cinema quality! To be clear, my experience with imperfect parts is the exception, not the norm. Just check out other Silver Ticket product reviews. You have a track record. It's honestly hard to get worked up about these issues with a 135-inch sub-$500 screen, especially when the company is so quick to please its customers. I highly recommend this screen. Performance and aesthetics are unmatched for this affordable projection screen.
