I searched and searched and finally found this adapter, from the mainboard connection to the Type-C worked perfectly. After spending $$$$$ on MB & Case, I couldn't use the Type-C port on the front because I found the right adapter. I was so excited about this adapter that I couldn't wait for it to arrive so I could charge my $1200 iPhone on my desk instead of leaving it out of sight in another room. This adapter had the right angle on it, it snapped right in and has been working great ever since.
