Installed today after ribbon ran out. I get an error message about the wrong film type. The printer reads the old ribbon correctly. The new one is most likely a fake. There is an RFID tag on the end of the original spindle, which is probably fake. Either fake or poor quality. As a result, my business suffered losses today.
