The description says the tape comes separately but for some reason I didn't see it. It was a little difficult to get the tape evenly along the edges of the bumper and also if you measure the length of the bumper before applying the tape the bumper will stretch. After applying the non-stretch tape, the bumper is now shorter than intended. Apply the tape to the entire bumper first before measuring the length. When you finally attach the bumper to the surface, expose a few inches of adhesive on either side and press the corner with one hand while stretching the bumper slightly with the other. It took me a few tries to find a method that worked without the help of a second person. If the bumper is not stretched, smooth edges will not work. It seems to be the only brand that makes wood paint. It goes perfectly with my wood tile floors.
