The customer support team has been great! They have helped me solve several issues that I was having as well get us started using their platform properly (we are still learning). There's nothing really negative about this product but we would like more integration options beyond just shipping/logistics so it can be used across multiple departments within an organization rather than being limited only by one department or function of business operations - ecommerce needs different functionality from accounting etc., otherwise its ok though there isn't much else bad either way you look at things when choosing between other solutions available out today.
