Review on Irwin Tools 66728 High Speed Extension by Radney Taala

Irwin's HSS bits are great. They stay sharp longer than most and are more break-resistant than high-tech drill bits, especially when used carelessly, e.g. B. when drilling in hard-to-reach places with an unlubricated hand drill. I recently drilled 96 holes with an Irwin HSS 5/16 bit in a 1/4" plate on a drill press running at low speed. The drill just needed resharpening when I was done. This 7/16" bit will be the same.
