Lighting set arrived quickly. It took me a few hours to hang the set on my porch as I'm a perfectionist. I plugged it in and nothing. I checked the light, outlet, electrical switch, and extension cord. Didn't find anything wrong (except that the bulbs look way better when lit). I then replaced the tiny fuse (Banord supplies an extra fuse). Reconnected everything. Nothing. Grrrrr. I called the company and only heard the recording (I left my phone number thinking I'd probably never hear from them). They actually called back shortly and a nice lady took my information and said a replacement email would be sent. She said to tighten the lightbulbs. I actually tightened these bulbs (wearing leather gloves to keep the glass from getting into my hand) and was then pleasantly surprised when the bulb crumpled. Then I remembered that they're plastic, thank god. With some confidence, I returned to the outlet, plugged it back in, and LIGHT! I felt like Chevy Chase on Christmas break. I later received an email instructing me to return the device, but I replied that it was operator error and that I was fine. They send me extra fuses. Would definitely buy from Banord again as the back porch lights look amazing.
