Beautiful gold color!

I ordered this gold tray to go with my Black and Gold themed birthday party for my son. We are having a Doljabi which is a Korean first birthday. The tray will be used to display the items which he selects from so it will serve its purpose. It appears to be gold squares that are modgepodged almost to me. The lines are apparent so it's not a completely smooth gold look. The tray is also made of plastic so how long will it last? I do not know but as long as it isn't used for daily things it should last a while.
