By far the best sleep mask I have ever used! It doesn't press on my eyes so I fell asleep much easier. The mask is super soft and comfortable. I could listen to YouTube theta waves to help me fall asleep. The ear cups move closer forward if you have a small head like me. It's also great for side sleepers. The earbuds didn't bother or damage the ears at all. A++ The biggest benefit was that I was able to fall asleep faster than ever! I have multiple autoimmune diseases and this is not causing any problems with my Sjogren's and eye problems. The mask charges so quickly that I'm already asleep when the music stops. I even slept with a mask on last weekend. The light didn't hit.
