I try so hard to be so careful when I get a new phone. I read the fine print, tick all the features, etc. like everyone else. This phone is supposed to be AT&T compatible, so I got it. I was able to use the "Smart Switch" feature from my old phone to this one very easily. Then I tried to send a test text message to my husband and I had no cell service. So I called ATT, assuming they just wanted serial numbers/IMEI numbers or something. I spent the ENTIRE HOUR of DINNER on the phone with ATT as they tried to eliminate every aspect they could think of. After finally being redirected to another tech support, they checked the IMEI number on the phone they sent me and said "This IMEI number shows that it is compatible with NO NETWORKS." I was so angry! And so he packed and Back to the seller!BUYER BEWARE!
