Purchased after a positive review by Scotty on Youtube. Had actually watched him in relation to a car repair and loved this back brace. He doesn't usually recommend products, so I took a chance. I've recently combined L5 and L3 due to disc degeneration since doing S1/L5 10 years ago. I find that the pain gets worse when I'm not in the right posture, so this bandage makes driving more bearable. Otherwise I move and try to find a pain-free position. Most car seats are terrible. This product comes highly recommended
