I enjoy gardening and doing home improvement tasks, so I frequently look for sales on gardening and DIY supplies online. I was thrilled to place an order with Karbay because of their extensive selection of high-quality outdoor, lawn, and garden accessories. My interactions with Karbay were disappointing. To begin with, the website was sluggish and clumsy, which made it hard to navigate and compare prices. When I eventually located what I needed and put it in my shopping cart, the checkout procedure was cumbersome and annoying. The fact that my order didn't reach until well after the estimated time of arrival ruined my plans for a weekend gardening project. And when I did get my delivery, it was obviously poorly packaged, as several of the items were broken. The real kicker, though, occurred when I tried to get in touch with Karbay's customer service. My emails went ignored for days, and the phones were always ringing. The customer service rep I was able to reach was rude and unhelpful, making me feel like I was an inconvenience rather than a valued client. Overall, I was not satisfied with my time spent shopping on the Karbay website. The overall purchasing experience was ruined by the sluggish website, confusing checkout, delayed shipment, shoddy packaging, and unhelpful customer service. If you're in the market for high-quality outdoor gear and supplies, I can't in good faith suggest the website you're currently on.
