Review on Kuzy A1398 Rubberized Hard Case For New 15.4-Inch MacBook Pro With Retina Display - Aluminum Unibody - Blue by Mohammed Prude

first off i want to say that Kuzy has great customer service. My shipment was lost and they were able to find it and get it to me quickly as well as offered to return my shipping costs for the inconvenience.The color is great, pretty much looks like the photos. The case was packed well and was triple wrapped in plastic to avoid scratches. This particular version has a rubberized coating that will help resist scratches. It does show fingerprints slightly but much less than the glossy plastic version.The top portion was east to snap on and fits perfectly. I feel that it makes it easier to open up the cover. It gives it more sturdiness. The bottom portion on the other hand is a little more tricky to get snapped in. While it fits and is snapped in snugly, the design is a little short in the back. I attached a photo to show what I mean. Because of this design the bottom back corners are loose but shouldn't cause a problem unless something happens to get snagged in between the case and the laptop.The rubber pads on the bottom portion (grey circles) weren't put on correctly they were totally not in their corner sections. I had to remove them and re stick/place them properly.All of these covers have a very thin plastic piece that clips to the laptop. I had one for my old MBP from Speck and the little clip broke when I removed it. Hopefully This one will last longer, I don't want to test it out and take a chance if you know what I mean.This is one of the first makers to sell covers for the MBP Retnia so you'll either have to wait for others or be ok with the minor cosmetic issues. I have no problems with this cover, I love the cover and the rubberized coating. I feel very good that this case is further protecting my expensive MBPR.
