Works best in peelers

I make applesauce and this was great for that. He left the skin on all the apples, but it's still better than peeling them by hand. It slices apples fairly thinly, which is good for applesauce, but I've always liked thicker apples for apple pie, it's a matter of personal preference. I would, but it's again.
