I've had mine for a few years now and it's been nothing more than an ordeal. My first device had one defective power switch. With the exchange, the block had to cope with great difficulties. My replacement device had an intermittent issue where the touchscreen would not work when the device was powered on. Bendix did not take back the device. I found that I could take the battery out for a few hours to a few days and then the screen would work again. I recently took a big trip to Disneyland. I found the front panel to be blocked when I pulled it out to get ready for a ride. I've been trying to get the device to work for a month with no success. Now it's an expensive paperweight. My friend who also bought the device at the same time said his screen went black a few months ago and he is now using Garmin. Don't get me wrong, when it works it's a great device. . However, for the light use I've put mine through, it should have lasted for years. Save money and buy something else.
