I was so disappointed with this dress - it's really cute but VERY small. I ordered a large for my 20lb JRT mix - she usually wears a medium to large size. However, this dress was so small my 14 pound chihuahua mix couldn't even put it on (we put it on her but it was so tight it was no small feat to take it off). It seemed well made, but you'll probably need a little pooch to fit it. I was surprised by the tutu - I was expecting a thin layer of tulle to be gathered, but instead there were many layers (super thick!) and not gathered at all, so it was more of a straight skirt.
