I'm a practical person, I bought a pair of these, the shower head is good, it works perfectly. However, the joint that holds the shower head is NOT airtight which results in water splashing back onto the wall as others have pointed out. I figured the other reviewers probably didn't use teflon tape since it doesn't come with it, not if the connection is faulty. I opened another box and tried a different connection, but the same problem, albeit a little less spatter. In short I doubt the quality control as both joints were defective after being properly installed with teflon tape. Had to go to Laws for a $7 joint that allowed the product to work properly. Not a bad buy but it would be nice not to receive broken parts and not to buy extra ones to make them work. Of course everything works fine except for the hinge, I'm giving 2 stars due to quality control on 2 identical models.
