missing disclosures. fits bike rack

They sent me a second one. I will take the parts out of it and send them back. With notice of missing parts on the rack box. Please pack the box with the missing parts before sending the bike carrier again. I have two e-bikes that weigh 70 pounds each with batteries. He carried both bikes with little or no hesitation. For the money this is a very good deal. One of my bikes has a 14 inch wheel and I needed to make a stand/wheel holder for a bike with smaller wheels. I also used a different strap that I could tighten to avoid bikes. We had a great time biking on Big Bear Lake in California.
