The final installation step requires the backrest to be attached to the seat. There are 4 different screw sizes. Double check to make sure you are using the correct size screws when attaching the back panel - instructions and pictures are misleading - groups of screws are not exactly listed in ascending order of size despite the pictures appearing to be so. Difficulty attaching the back, same as mine - we used the smallest set of screws when we should have used the second smallest set. Once I figured that out, installation was easy.
