Looks good but terrible quality and stability

This chair looks good and is fairly easy to assemble but other than that the chair is flimsy crap. Half a year later, the screws keep loosening and falling out, the backrest is always loose, the plastic caps on the bottom of the legs keep falling off, and the hinge latch fails in the middle of the seat, causing me to recline in a half lying position. Seriously, this chair is terrible. Spend your money elsewhere!

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • There are flaws

Save yourself the headache of installation.

The final installation step requires the backrest to be attached to the seat. There are 4 different screw sizes. Double check to make sure you are using the correct size screws when attaching the back panel - instructions and pictures are misleading - groups of screws are not exactly listed in ascending order of size despite the pictures appearing to be so. Difficulty attaching the back, same as mine - we used the smallest set of screws when we should have used the second smallest set. Once I…

Doesn't last long

I've had two of these chairs for about a year. Both have problems and I need to replace them. The seat cushion on one of them is completely flat - it no longer bounces when you stand up. The mesh material on the back of another chair has stretched or pulled away from the frame, leaving two hard protrusions sticking out of my back that pierce the kidneys and are part of the frame of the chair back. If the back mesh material was still tight, they kept my back from protruding like they did when…

Elegant and comfortable

This is my new favorite office chair! Appearance and color of course please, but at the same time very comfortable. The seat is optimally padded and the backrest optimally supports the lower back. Just a warning: this chair had an odd set of screws, some very long and some very short, which didn't match the physics of the chair. (The instructions suggested using short screws where they needed to be longer and longer screws where they needed to be shorter.) Luckily I had my own collection of…

No more back pain - home office furniture

I bought this chair "used - like new" for about half the full price. The messy packaging showed it had been used, but I expected that. The plastic cylinders covering the hydraulic height adjustment were also slightly damaged. I was ready for something like this again. The chair was assembled in less than half an hour. Now I understand why some reviewers complained about the bolts sticking out of the seat. There are three screw lengths that are very similar to each other. If you get the wrong…

Comfortable and colorful to boot!

My physical therapist has this chair and I asked her how comfortable it was. She invited me to sit down and it was very comfortable in the short time I tried. I decided to test it extensively at the furniture store she bought it from and then decided it was worth it. The store cost $149. I was sure I would find cheaper. In fact, I bought it from Revain for less than $100 with shipping. Very pretty! The chair came disassembled in a large box. The instructions were clear - few words, good…

It's definitely not worth 100€. OR ANY AMOUNT OF MONEY.

UPDATE 9/23/17: After less than a year with this chair, I downgraded it to 1 star. I would give zero stars if I could. The seal is completely or not at all deflated. Bright white turned to an ugly dirty gray. Her fabric is frayed on all sides. The worst thing about this chair is without a doubt the noise; Any movement, left to right, side to side, tilting forwards or backwards, creates a horrible creaking and squeaking, it seems like it's falling apart. I have a budget chair from Ikea which is…
