Bought 4 packs of light bulbs. All of them work, but some of them had a small piece of glass dangling. This loose piece has rubbed a bunch of white coating off the inside of the lamp, which would be a problem if the fixture you are installing it in revealed the lamp. In my case the bulbs were in a white foggy lens that hides the bright streaks where the white in the bulb has been scratched. Star deduction for quality control and also for not having the same minimum dimming level for all the bulbs in the pack. Anyone who uses dimmers with LED lamps knows that the minimum level is important for the lamps to turn on for the first time. I had to program the dimmer on top to accommodate bulbs that wouldn't turn on at the lowest setting. I saw about a 15% difference between the lowest and highest lamp out of the 8 I bought. For the price I won't give anything back. They work in my intended lights and dim properly. I would buy again if I knew they weren't needed for clear lights, otherwise I'd probably look for something else.
