I have read many reviews and this machine is the best. I received the device and unpacked it. Instructions for connecting the router and satellites followed. After following the phone app instructions, 2 out of 3 satellites were connected. The third satellite will blink white while loading and then start blinking red and stay there. I tried to find a solution to the problem and it was like a tooth extraction. There was no help at all on their website. Then I figured I could call support and speak to someone for help fixing a satellite. After wasting 3 hours of our life trying to get a phone number it was impossible to call. I called Amazon support to see what my options are. If in doubt, look at another product. I've never seen a company that has a good product and support before they start selling crap and is reluctant to help someone who buys their product. Stay away from this product!
