Review on 🗄️ Promark Rear Drawer Slide Brackets - 10 Pairs by Damian Toupal

I bought 10 pieces in September 2017. I only needed nine, so I had a spare. Sometime in December 2019, the first sentence broke. I used a spare kit I had. Then the second set failed in May 2020 and now the third set failed in August 2020! Since I only installed 9 sets initially, I had a 33% chance of failure in less than three years! There are only two people in the house so it's not like a family with drawers opening and closing all the time! The "Limited Lifetime Warranty" is completely useless as I contacted the seller and they no longer sell the item! The slide itself is very high quality and works well. The problem is a tiny hydraulic cylinder that fails and then loses oil. Then the next kick is that the soft close feature uses a spring in combination with a cylinder that is now spring slammed shut! As I said, the film is very durable. If there was a replaceable hydraulic cylinder, then removing and replacing it is fairly easy, although there is nothing to be found, and neither is Promark!
