They came with broken sleeves with white scratches or dirt on about half the glasses eeeewww! The second batch was perfect. I'm still waiting for a refund for the first batch. I found that people didn't really use them at our party. I preferred the set, which came with gold-rimmed plates, napkins, silverware, and gold-rimmed nine-ounce glasses. People used gold-rimmed goblets for wine and other beverages, mostly ignoring these tall glasses. While they are beautiful and I will be using leftovers, if you have to choose between two sizes I would go with 9 oz.
