Terrible product, bad customer service!

After spending thousands of dollars on SOMFY shades, I expected the overpriced SOMFY MyLink to work like most other home automation hubs - no problem. Instead, I got a product with an extremely limited range (30 feet) that only works in ONE room (the literature shows the whole house is controlled by a MyLink), where the setup process was as frustrating and time-consuming as it gets goes. introduce. I'm very tech savvy and have several home automation devices at home, but setting up MyLink was a nightmare. First, the system only works in one room. If you try to put it closer to the second room so it can control the shutters there, it won't be able to control all the windows it should. Also, following T's instructions, the system turned off the program of some motors in roller shutters! I spent most of the day climbing stairs to reset my shutter motor programming and calling SOMFY for assistance. Every time you call you have to wait at least 20 minutes to speak to someone (if they ever pick up) otherwise they will ask you to call back within 2 hours! I asked for a call back on the last call - no need to stay I waited over 2 hours. No recall, my blinds original programming is still messed up and MyLink is not working. Please do me a favor and stay away from companies whose products are stuck somewhere between the 80's and 90's. I made an expensive mistake!
