The platform is very easy to integrate with. I've been able to use it with my own products and also with third party applications, such as Salesforce, Zendesk, Intercom and more. The customer support is also very good, they are very responsive and quick to answer any questions that you have. The platform is very intuitive and easy to learn. I haven't found anything that I dislike about Skylight so far. I have been able to integrate with other applications and provide my customers with a seamless experience. We are using the platform to improve our customer's experience and to provide a better customer support.
