I didnt expect the quality to be so high.

Take 400 mg twice daily, preferably with food. The training will go for a whole two months. Calming glycine Lysine for immune system support Chelated forms are the most absorbable and bioavailable. It will aid in calming a racing heart and promoting restful sleep. The inclusion of a waffle as a bonus present was a great touch. I would suggest.
