I really like how quick their support is if you have an issue or need assistance with something! No problems in our experience so far other than they are working to build out additional features that can accommodate more of your business needs as time goes by though we haven't seen this yet but it's nice knowing what those plans might be for us now!! If anything - try them first before making decisions about which provider will best fit into YOUR situation. This software has been extremely helpful when trying to keep track of inventory within different channels/stores from one central source & not having each store use separate stock management systems would certainly make things easier overall.
