Apple damaged themselves by labeling this device as a cheap one, to start. They allegedly didn't exhibit the same level of show-off, but they did cause some neglect and user mistrust. In truth, the phone is stylish and reasonably priced; no prior model came close to it, with the exception of its cost when compared to an apple phone, which costs over $100,000. To replace my outdated 5s, I personally opted between the X and XR. I did a lot of research and ultimately decided on the XR based on the specs and reviews. I discovered for myself that faceid functions significantly better in it, that the camera is one, but that it is also better, particularly in low light, that the screen on the X causes many eyes to pain after extended usage, that the battery lasts longer, and that the model is generally newer. I went to the store to get him, so I was genuinely disturbed to see two phones there. In contrast to the X, the XR appeared to be a Chinese knockoff made of cheap plastic. And X is incredibly shoddy, pricey, has two amazing cameras, and, to be honest, it fits in the hand much more comfortably. The bokeh images also appealed to me. In portrait mode, XR is preferable since it offers more realistic colors, while X also accentuates subjects. She then went away to reflect before deciding to continue taking X because of her beauty. Yet, Roskachestvo published a test comparing phones on the day of purchase. Impact resistance eventually became a deciding element for me. 4.5 in XR compared to around 2 in X. There was no longer any question because my phone constantly flies. I still prefer functionality above aesthetics, thus I didn't want to spend 65k on a phone just to destroy it soon after. Hence, I acquired a white XR yesterday. And I have stopped regretting and doubting myself. On the second day, I stop caring about the design and all those despised thick frames. The difference between two phones can only be seen when they are placed side by side, but I still don't care. I charged it last night, used it nonstop today for surfing, sending sms and instant messages, listening to music and taking pictures, and it still has 31% battery left! Today, a coworker who has an X and I tested a photo to see who has the "longer" one with the XR! The edges of the face are blunted and washed away by the bokeh effect on X ((
