I bought AX-1500 to replace a rented WiFi router Charter, which I have been using for 7 years. Buying an AX-1500 pays for itself in a year like renting a charter WiFi router. The wireless router is free for the next 6 years. I just had an issue with port forwarding and contacted Azores tech support via email. I received replies from support within a day. I was able to communicate with the support team multiple times a day for the past 3 days to figure out and resolve the issue. It turned out that my remote device was NOT properly configured. When I got the port numbers correct, port forwarding on the AX-1500 worked right away. So the AX-1500 has port forwarding capabilities and works well. By the way, if you are using Safari on iOS devices, port forwarding and DMZ will NOT show up. When using the Chrome browser on iOS devices, these two items will appear. I am very happy that I have the AX-1500.
