Review on Filter under the sink Geyser Prestige 2 (12 l) by Stanislaw Rogulski ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

One of the best deals, glad I bought this.

In general, osmosis is like osmosis, I don’t think that anyone in 2022 produces filters and, especially, membranes, I believe that everything is purchased in China, so there is a difference: you put the system from the brand on the letter A or B, or Geyser (hmm, there must be another manufacturer on B) - none. And given the fact that all filters are connected according to the same standard (by fittings), even more so. If you don't like the geyser filters - put others.

Pros
  • Cheap, the stock came out about 5k. Promotions for filters are regular, you have to catch them. Otherwise, osmosis is like osmosis, they are all the same.
Cons
  • I think the manufacturer is disingenuous when he says that one pre-filter is enough. If everything was so simple - why would they think of filtering water in front of the membrane in three stages? Most likely, simply saving on pre-filters will result in the need for frequent membrane replacement. It all depends on your water of course. In six months, the mechanics five becomes the color of cappuccino, I don’t want to let such water close to the membrane. Personally, I initially took this filter as an addition to the existing flow filter: I stuck the first stage to the mechanics 5, then the carbon filter and then the mechanics again, already by 1 micron. And after that, this geyser filter. I plan to change the mechanics 5ku every couple of months, coal and mechanics one every six months, since these filters cost 100-150 apiece. I hope that with such use the membrane will live for two years.
