Good clamp option for MaxQual
The clamp is actually intended as a semi-permanent attachment (like a helmet when riding). The second clamp uses screws to attach the clamp to the object. I personally use this clip to attach to my belt. So I had to loosen the screws to accommodate the seat on the harness. I didn't use enough to determine if the screws were loose (not tightened) to slip on my belt, interfering with my intended use.
