This is a flimsy design that won't stand up to regular use. The pan lock knob is plastic and does not significantly block panning: when fully locked, it does not impede rotation of the table enough to allow unscrewing and removal of the head. In other words, if you try to remove the ball head, the table will rotate. The tiny mechanism and plastic handle doesn't do the job. Don't waste your money on cheap photography equipment. The cost of quality items from Kirk, RRS etc looks like a good deal after 20-30 years of reliable service.
