The printer ejects the label from the guide every 5 minutes

Every 5 minutes when the printer is idle, the printer pulls back a label slightly and gets confused as to where to print the next one. You must press the feed button before printing, otherwise the 1st label will be printed halfway through the label. Contacted support and they were completely useless. I will return this product. Too bad because it looks pretty cool and the print quality seems to be good. The support team didn't seem to care about my issue.
