A good label printer - the only downside is the need to search the Internet for a printer driver program

Good label delivery printer for the price. Very easy to set up IF YOU GET THE RIGHT PRINTER DRIVER PROGRAM. The label printer comes with a driver software CD, but newer computers do not have CD drives. what was my problem I contacted the seller who was quick to reply to my message with a printer driver program application, however this application did not work. As a result, I had to find it on the web and download it from there. Which luckily didn't cause me any problems with potential malware…

Great car. Excellent price. Wouldn't choose any other

This is an excellent mailing label press. I don't know why some people are having trouble installing the drivers, I had no problems and they were conveniently emailed to me and also came with CDs. I made an email. This little guy has printed thousands of labels for me. In my opinion a very suitable and dark thermal print. I don't think I caught it once. Really a great tool for me to start my online business

Very impressed with this printer!

Very impressed with this thermal printer! Setting it up wasn't an easy process as the instructions were written in a language I didn't recognize and even the pictures in the manual showed a completely different style of printer. But overall I'm very happy with it. I've been using it for about a month now and I'm so glad I took the risk.

Every 5 minutes the printer knocks the label out of the guide

Every 5 minutes when the printer is not in use, the printer pulls back the label a little and confuses where to print the next one. You must press the feed button before printing, otherwise the 1st label will be printed halfway through the label. Contacted support and they were completely useless. Will be returning this product. It's a shame because it looks pretty cool and the print quality is good. Support didn't seem to care about my issue.

The printer ejects the label from the guide every 5 minutes

Every 5 minutes when the printer is idle, the printer pulls back a label slightly and gets confused as to where to print the next one. You must press the feed button before printing, otherwise the 1st label will be printed halfway through the label. Contacted support and they were completely useless. I will return this product. Too bad because it looks pretty cool and the print quality seems to be good. The support team didn't seem to care about my issue.

HUGE waste of money and time

Honestly, this is the WORST thing I've ever bought. Firstly it is NOT MAC compatible, it has an HDMI cable which none of the latest MACBooks have. Second, the setup is a nightmare. I had to uninstall and reinstall the program about 5 times before it worked properly on the computer, which I had to BOOK as it's not MAC compatible. After FINALLY figuring this out, it cut off more than half the information when printing my labels and took about 8 sheets to print. Terrible waste of money, don't even
