This is an excellent mailing label press. I don't know why some people are having trouble installing the drivers, I had no problems and they were conveniently emailed to me and also came with CDs. I made an email. This little guy has printed thousands of labels for me. In my opinion a very suitable and dark thermal print. I don't think I caught it once. Really a great tool for me to start my online business

Very impressed with this thermal printer! Setting it up wasn't an easy process as the instructions were written in a language I didn't recognize and even the pictures in the manual showed a completely different style of printer. But overall I'm very happy with it. I've been using it for about a month now and I'm so glad I took the risk.

Every 5 minutes when the printer is not in use, the printer pulls back the label a little and confuses where to print the next one. You must press the feed button before printing, otherwise the 1st label will be printed halfway through the label. Contacted support and they were completely useless. Will be returning this product. It's a shame because it looks pretty cool and the print quality is good. Support didn't seem to care about my issue.

Honestly, this is the WORST thing I've ever bought. Firstly it is NOT MAC compatible, it has an HDMI cable which none of the latest MACBooks have. Second, the setup is a nightmare. I had to uninstall and reinstall the program about 5 times before it worked properly on the computer, which I had to BOOK as it's not MAC compatible. After FINALLY figuring this out, it cut off more than half the information when printing my labels and took about 8 sheets to print. Terrible waste of money, don't even
