Leakage and poor design

As others have said, it's difficult to tighten and make sure it's aligned. This one-piece design at the end makes dressing a challenge. But then, if this part is tightened and does not leak. The joint where it bends is leaking! There's nothing we can do to fix it because it's as tight as it gets. Just bad overall design.
