Wrong size. They don't account for the prongs taking up space. My dog was meant to be medium sized and when I flip the collar back it fits perfectly. If I put it on properly, it's too tight. I can't cut my hair or I feel like a complete idiot. Seems like a great product but I can't give it to my dog. The medium is not 19.7 inches after connection. If it were, it would suit my dog π
