Review on 💆 Neocutis Bio Cream Overnight Smoothing Cream - Advanced Anti-Aging and Moisturizer - 50mL by Shari Smith

I ordered this BioCream on June 11, 2020 for $160 plus tax ($175.20 total) for a friend on Prime. But she hasn't opened it to date, August 13, 2020, as she hadn't finished her previous vial. Today when she pressed the top nozzle nothing came out even though the vial appeared to be full. Confused, she handed it to me and asked me to try it. I shook it vigorously, then pressed the nozzle myself, and again nothing came out. Thinking the hole might have closed, I stuck a toothpick in and tried again. Vain. It turned out that the return deadline was July 11th, so I lost $175.20. It's shameless. My friend has been a regular customer of BioCream for at least two years and previously purchased it from her facial salon. I hope the company will send me a replacement. I am happy to send the unused bottle back and let them find out what the problem is.
